Description
This rotor for PULVERISETTE 19 large with V-cutting edges made of tool steel grinds the sample through a gentle cutting action.
Alternatively, a rotor with V-cutting edges and fixed knives made of hardmetal tungsten carbide is available which additionally grinds the sample with impact/shearing action. As an extension to this, the side mill rotor with indexable insert and fixed knives made of hardmetal tungsten carbide withstands highest demands and offers the greatest stability of the knives. This rotor is even suitable for the grinding of pcb scrabs with glass fiber residue.
For sample preparation according to RoHS and WEEE ( for the evidence of hexavalent chromium) and for the XRF-analysis we recommend our cutting tool sets of chromium-free tool steel.
