Spuitfilter Micropur CA is een hoogwaardig wegwerpspuitfilter met een hydrofiel cellulose acetate (CA)-membraan van 25 mm diameter en poriegrootte 0.45 µm in een wielvormige polypropylene (PP)-behuizing. Het CA-membraan is bedoeld voor filtratie van wateroplosbare oligomeren en polymeren en is bijzonder geschikt voor biologische macromoleculen, met een zeer hoge dimensionele stabiliteit in waterige oplossingen en een uiterst lage eiwitbindingscapaciteit van 21 µg per 25 mm filter. Het effectieve filtratieoppervlak is 4.91 cm² met een hold-upvolume van 80 µL; het aanbevolen monstervolume loopt van 5 tot 100 mL. De inlaat is Luer Lock en de uitlaat is een Luer tip; de behuizing is kleurgecodeerd kleurloos boven en rood onder. Filters zijn autoclaveerbaar bij 121 °C en 1.1 bar gedurende 30 min.
