Universele afvalhub "JAN" - S70/71 is een slimme universele oplossing voor het verzamelen van vloeibaar laboratoriumafval. Deze multifunctionele veiligheidstrechter combineert een afgedekte trechter, slang- en HPLC-aansluitingen en een geïntegreerd afvoerluchtfilter om een hogere veiligheid te bieden dan conventionele opstellingen. Een hoogwaardige constructie van PE-HD en PTFE zorgt voor een lange levensduur. Het trechterdeksel heeft een geïntegreerde afdichtlip die helpt het ontsnappen van schadelijke dampen te voorkomen, terwijl een uitneembare vuilzeef de reiniging vereenvoudigt. De trechterpan van 140 mm ondersteunt een hoge doorstroming voor grotere vloeistofvolumes. De hub wordt geleverd met vier aansluitingen voor slangen met een OD van 1.6/2.3/3.2 mm plus vier afsluitpluggen van PFA, drie aansluitingen voor slangen met een ID van 5–11.5 mm plus drie afsluitpluggen van PTFE, spatbescherming en een afvoerluchtfilter maat M met vervangingsindicator en een levensduur van ongeveer zes maanden. Fittingen, connectoren en afsluitpluggen zijn inbegrepen. Een elektrisch geleidende uitvoering is verkrijgbaar voor brandbare of explosieve afvalstromen. Aangeboden in diverse draadmaten en uitbreidbaar met draadadapters is de eenheid van fabrikant SCAT compatibel met alle afvoerluchtfiltermaten van SCAT (S/M/L).
