Delivery is to the accessible address you give: ground level, no stairs, reachable by corridors or a lift. If the address is not accessible, extra transport costs may be charged. If delivery instructions arrive too late, we may charge storage after notice, at a minimum of €10 per month or part of a month, and the goods stay at your risk and your expense.
