The hinged Safe-Lock lid reduces the risk of accidental opening during incubation and storage, and g-Safe® design provides high centrifugation resistance of up to 25.000 × g, helping prevent vessel breakage and sample loss when working with demanding or hazardous samples. Manufactured without mould-release agents, plasticisers or biocides that may migrate into samples and affect bioassays, these tubes from Eppendorf come in Eppendorf Quality. A precise lid seal supports low evaporation during extended storage, while the large lid and frosted outer surfaces allow straightforward labelling. The tubes operate reliably from −86 °C to 100 °C and can be autoclaved when open (121 °C, 20 min). Polypropylene ensures good chemical, mechanical and temperature resistance.
