AHN myLab® UC-01 universal centrifuge is a versatile benchtop laboratory centrifuge with a maximum speed of 4500 min-1 and an adjustable speed range from 500 to 4500 U/min, with relative centrifugal force depending on the rotor fitted. A brushless DC (BLDC) motor supports durable, high-performance operation over extended service life, while multiple optional swing-out and fixed-angle rotors broaden the application range. The large LED display presents several parameters clearly, and the unit can store up to 99 user programmes. Nine acceleration and deceleration modes help start and stop runs without damaging fragile samples. The timer is settable from 1 to 999 minutes or in continuous mode without time limit. Electronic imbalance detection responds to uneven loading, and a lid-lock safety brake keeps the lid closed until the rotor has fully stopped; emergency lid release is possible only when power is interrupted. A short-spin function supports ultra-brief centrifugation and pelleting. The stainless-steel chamber is corrosion-free and easy to clean, and the airflow system helps limit sample temperature rise.
