The ergonomic lid features insertion aids and a secure click-lock closure that opens and closes smoothly without sharp edges, protecting gloves and remaining pierceable when required. Made from high-quality polypropylene by AHN Biotechnologie, the highly transparent tubes offer good mechanical and chemical resistance and support optical measurements. They withstand centrifugal forces up to 25.000 × g and are autoclavable when opened (121 °C / 15 min).
