Dankzij de speciaal ontwikkelde formulering wordt de antigeen/antilichaam-binding versterkt, terwijl gelijktijdig achtergrondsignalen worden verminderd (Grube (2004) Arch Histol Cytol. 67:115-34 en Buchwalow et al. (2011) Sci Rep. 1:28). De stabiliteit van de antilichamen wordt aanzienlijk verhoogd.
De bufferoplossing is geschikt voor het verdunnen van alle primaire en secundaire antilichamen, alle mono- en polyklonale antilichamen, evenals voor alle gelabelde en niet-gelabelde antilichamen. De antilichamen worden eenvoudigweg verdund in de gebruiksklare diluent en na het blokkeren op de objectglaasjes aangebracht. Om de benodigde hoeveelheid te verminderen en voor een optimaal gebruik van dure antilichamen, raden wij aan de ROTI®Liquid Barrier Marker (rood, Art.nr. AN92, of kleurloos, Art.nr. AN91) te gebruiken voor het voorbereiden van kleine incubatiekamers op de objectglaasjes.
