Beschreibung
BOLA cordless acid and alkali pump transfers corrosive liquids at approximately 6 l/min without a mains power connection. Built from polypropylene, PTFE and Hastelloy®, the pump is designed for laboratory handling of acids and alkalis where chemical resistance of the wetted path is essential. The suction tube measures 400 mm in length with a diameter of approximately 25 mm, allowing immersion into typical laboratory containers and drums. Drive power comes from two standard 1,5 Volt batteries, and rechargeable cells are recommended for frequent operation. At a net weight of 0,6 kg the unit stays easy to carry between benches and storage areas. This BOLA pump from manufacturer Bohlender supports cordless liquid transfer in chemical, analytical and preparative laboratories that need portable acid and alkali dosing or emptying. Polypropylene, PTFE and Hastelloy® construction addresses many aggressive media encountered in daily lab practice. The cordless format removes cable constraints around wet benches and fume hoods. Supplied as 1 pc, it fits fluid-handling workflows that need a 400 mm suction tube and about 6 l/min delivery.

Questions about BOLA Cordless Pumps for Acids and Caustic Solutions, ca. 6 ltr/min, L 400 mm PP/
What is this article?
BOLA Cordless Pumps for Acids and Caustic Solutions, ca. 6 ltr/min, L 400 mm PP/ is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bohlender for laboratory use. It sits in Pumps (other) & accessories, inside Pumps, vacuum & evaporation, in Präzisionsinstrumente.
These are the pumps and fittings that are not a vacuum pump, a peristaltic pump or a drum pump. Flow, pressure and chemical compatibility of the wetted parts remain the three questions.
A vacuum pump lowers the pressure above a liquid so it boils at a lower temperature. That is the point of a rotary evaporator: solvent leaves a sample without cooking it. A diaphragm pump or a rotary-vane pump is chosen by the vacuum it reaches and by whether solvent vapour will destroy it. A peristaltic pump moves liquid by squeezing a tube, so the liquid touches only the tube. A barrel pump transfers a larger volume from a drum. The glassware on the evaporator is indexed under ISO laboratory glassware. Solvent identity is on PubChem.
