Manufactured by hydrolysation of casein by hydrochloric acid. Tryptophane-free. High-grade casein hydrolysate with superior amino-nitrogen/total nitrogen ratio (AN/TN). Particularly suitable for sensitive assays and applications requiring high yields, like production of bacterial toxins or vaccines.
