Offered as ROTI®Star, this oil-based standard solution has a density of 0,862 g/cm³, a flash point of 115 °C and a boiling point greater than 218 °C. The 50 ml pack of Chromium Standard Solution from manufacturer Carl ROTH presents a defined 5000 mg/kg Cr content in a 20 cSt hydrocarbon oil matrix. That 20 cSt viscosity describes the hydrocarbon oil carrier, and the chromium level is given as 5000 mg/kg Cr.
