ClassicLine body emergency shower with integrated eye shower is a floor-mounted safety station for laboratories and industrial sites. The stainless-steel standpipe is two-part, chemically resistant green powder-coated, with overall height 2330 mm and upper and lower 1 1/4-inch female water connections for circulation lines, closed with stainless-steel plugs. A 200 × 200 mm stainless-steel base plate with four fixing holes is likewise green powder-coated. A 3/4-inch stainless-steel ball valve with quick-mount system and pull-rod actuation (DIN-DVGW tested) operates a 700 mm green-coated pull rod with ring handle. The 3/4-inch wall shower arm extends 625 mm and feeds a high-performance black plastic shower head that is corrosion-resistant, largely scale- and maintenance-free and self-draining. An automatic flow regulator provides 50 litres per minute at 1,5 to 3 bar. The integrated ClassicLine safety eye shower uses two 45° broad-jet heads on a distributor fork, with 14 litres per minute regulation at 1,5 to 5 bar, 1/2-inch stainless-steel ball valve with PUSH lever and long-afterglow operating plate. From manufacturer B-SAFETY, self-adhesive body- and eye-shower signs to DIN EN ISO 7010 are included. The unit meets BGI/GUV-I 850-0, DIN 1988, DIN EN 1717, ANSI Z358.1-2014 and DIN EN 15154-1/-2/-5, and is DIN-DVGW approved.
