Container heater P-Series rapidLine 1000 L is a flexible jacket heater designed for intermediate bulk containers, delivering 2,000 W at 230 VAC with a maximum permissible operating temperature of 90 °C. Built for 1,000 L IBC vessels, it provides two independently controllable heating zones and is intended for use together with two temperature controllers. The outer shell is water-repellent polyester fabric; adjustable lashing straps with buckles and fastening hooks secure the unit around the container. Overall length is 4,400 mm, heated length 3,900 mm and height 1,000 mm, supporting particularly uniform heat distribution and heat input across the vessel wall. Protection class II construction and IP 54 rating suit typical laboratory, pilot-plant and industrial environments; for outdoor placement a suitable weather shield or optional PVC outdoor cover is recommended. An optional insulating lid further improves heat-up performance.
