The SAUTER FL 20 digital force gauge is a universal instrument with a graphics-supported display and integrated measuring cell for tension and compression applications in laboratory and production settings. Its reversible backlit display supports clear reading in either orientation, while Peak-Hold records the peak value and Track mode shows continuous measurement. A metal housing enables durable use in robust environmental conditions, and the unit mounts on all SAUTER test stands up to 5 kN. Capacity indication via an ascending light bar shows the still available measuring range. Measuring with tolerance limits allows adjustable upper and lower thresholds in both directions, assisted by an optical signal. Internal data memory stores up to 500 measured values, and a continuous analog output provides a linear voltage signal from −2 to +2 V depending on load. USB data interface is included as standard, along with the illustrated standard attachments. Selectable units comprise N, kN, kgf and lbf.
