The black plastic housing measures 185 × 65 × 36 mm and is powered by a 9 V battery. It includes an exchangeable Pt100 temperature probe, 4-wire Class A to IEC 751, with 230 mm nominal sensor length, 5 mm diameter and 1,5 m cable. System accuracy is ±0,2 °C from −50 °C to +150 °C, with resolution of 0,01 °C / 0,02 °F. Functions comprise Min/Max memory, hold, calibration mode, auto power-off, relative mode that stores the last reading and shows the difference to the current value, plus date/time, backlight and battery-status indication. Up to 99 measured values can be stored. Ambient operating range is 0 °C to +50 °C.
