Dividing head POM 30 samples complete L-27 is a laboratory sample dividing head made from POM plastic and recommended for the division of materials and suspensions that generate no abrasion on contact surfaces. It operates at a division ratio of 1:30 and produces thirty equal partial quantities. Maximum feed particle size is 2,5 mm and maximum sample quantity is 300 ml. Division can be performed dry or wet as required. Each sample tube offers a useful volume of 5 ml. This complete dividing head from manufacturer Fritsch is supplied as standard with thirty 5 ml polystyrene (PS) sample tubes, one funnel of 10 mm diameter, and one 5 mm diameter funnel each for dry division and for wet division; these items are included with the head. The POM construction is specifically indicated where surface abrasion of the processed material must be avoided, supporting representative aliquot preparation in analytical and research laboratories. The compact complete set enables efficient, reproducible portioning of powders, granules or suspensions while preserving sample integrity throughout the division process.
