Dividing head ALU 8 samples complete L-27 is a rotary sample divider constructed from anodised aluminium, recommended for materials and suspensions that generate surface abrasion. It provides a fixed dividing ratio of 1:8, producing eight equal partial samples with a maximum feed grain size of 10 mm and a maximum sample volume of 4,000 ml. Suitable for both dry and wet division, the head accommodates sample vessels of 25 ml, 250 ml or 500 ml with GL55 screw threads. The complete unit is supplied with eight 500 ml sample glasses fitted with screw caps plus a 10 mm diameter funnel, all included as standard. Manufactured by Fritsch, this aluminium dividing head offers robust performance for laboratory sample preparation where abrasive powders or suspensions must be split representatively. The anodised surface resists wear while maintaining dimensional stability during repeated use.
