Dosing pump SIMDOS® 02 FEM1.02KT.18RCP PP is a chemically resistant diaphragm dosing pump for precise liquid metering in laboratory and process environments. It delivers a continuously adjustable flow rate of 0,03–20 ml/min (water at 20 °C, zero head), a pressure head of 60 mWS and a suction height of 2 mWS. The pump head is executed in PP, the working membrane in PTFE and the valves in FFKM, providing broad chemical compatibility. Flow can be set manually or by external control; the RC Plus version additionally incorporates an RS 232 interface. A secondary safety membrane maximises protection, while membrane exchange is simplified by a dedicated maintenance command stored in the operating software. Hose connections are ID 1,6 mm / OD 3,2 mm. The compact unit measures 93 × 144 × 150 mm and weighs 0,9 kg. Media temperatures from +5 to +80 °C are admissible.
