Dosing pump SIMDOS® 02, FEM1.02TT.18S PVDF is a chemical-resistant diaphragm dosing pump engineered for accurate liquid dosing. The unit provides a manually adjustable flow range of 0,03–20 ml/min (water at 20 °C, zero head), a pressure height of 60 mWS and a suction height of 2 mWS. Its pump head is manufactured from PVDF, the working diaphragm from PTFE and the valves from FFKM, ensuring high resistance to aggressive media. Version S allows straightforward manual setting of the delivery rate; an integrated safety diaphragm adds an extra protective barrier, and diaphragm exchange is guided by a built-in maintenance routine. The hose barb accepts tubing of ID 1,6 mm / OD 3,2 mm. Overall dimensions are 93 × 144 × 150 mm and the net weight is 0,9 kg. Supplied by manufacturer KNF together with a suction filter, 2 m connection hose and power supply, the pump is immediately ready for laboratory or small-scale process dosing tasks that demand chemically inert wetted parts and reproducible volumetric delivery.
