EasySyn 1000 Advanced, Laboratory reactor 1000 ml

EasySyn 1000 Advanced is a complete laboratory reactor system designed for safe, reproducible organic or aqueous synthesis from laboratory through to pilot scale. The package centres on a double-walled 1000 ml reaction vessel manufactured from chemically resistant borosilicate 3.3 glass with bottom outlet and a spring-loaded valve spindle that helps prevent glass breakage. An ergonomic stand system with DN 100 vessel clamp allows rapid vessel exchange and working-height adjustment, while the reactor lid provides multiple openings (1 × NS 29/32 stirrer guide, 2 × NS 29/32, 1 × NS 14/23) for flexible configuration. The system operates across –50 to 200 °C and down to 3 mbar vacuum. A powerful EUROSTAR 100 control overhead stirrer (100 Ncm) with quick-action chuck, integrated timer, overload protection and temperature measurement drives a PTFE-coated pitched-blade impeller through a high-quality vacuum-tight shaft guide. The LT 5.40 drainage set with valves and tempering hoses enables fast, clean emptying of the jacket fluid and straightforward vessel changes. RS 232 connectivity supports external control via labworldsoft® 6 automation software (available separately). Supplied as a ready-to-use package from manufacturer IKA; tempering hoses for thermostat connection are not included.
