EasySyn 500 Advanced, Laboratory reactor 500 ml

EasySyn 500 Advanced is a complete laboratory reactor system for organic or aqueous synthesis, enabling safe and reproducible reactions from laboratory through to pilot scale and supporting external control via labworldsoft® 6 laboratory software. The package includes an ergonomic stand for quick vessel changes and height adjustment, a DN 100 vessel clamp, and a double-walled 500 ml reaction vessel of chemically resistant borosilicate 3.3 glass with bottom outlet and spring-loaded drain-valve spindle to reduce glass-breakage risk. The reactor lid offers flexible openings (1 × NS 29/32 stirrer guide, 2 × NS 29/32, 1 × NS 14/23). Materials allow operation from −50 to 200 °C and vacuum to 3 mbar. From manufacturer IKA the system features a EUROSTAR 100 control stirrer with 100 Ncm torque, timer, overload protection and integrated temperature measurement, a PTFE-coated pitched-blade stirrer, vacuum-rated stirrer guide, DN 100 clamping ring with FEP-coated O-ring, and the LT 5.40 drainage set with valves and tempering hoses for rapid emptying of the double jacket and vessel exchange. An RS 232 interface on the stirrer supports automation with labworldsoft® 6. Temperature hoses for thermostat connection are not included.
