Fermentation vessel for bioreactor MyFerm III - 5 l

Fermentation vessel for bioreactor MyFerm III with 5 l capacity is a wide-neck glass vessel intended as the base for modular MyFerm III and IV series systems. It features a central GL 80 wide-neck thread together with three baffles for improved mixing performance during fermentation and bioprocess work. Side and shoulder access is provided by two ports with external thread GL 18, two ports with external thread GL 25 and two ports with external thread GL 45, allowing connection of sensors, probes, dip tubes and other process fittings. Constructed from borosilicate glass 3.3, the vessel offers the chemical and thermal durability expected in laboratory bioreactor service. Outer diameter is 160 mm and height is 271 mm. From manufacturer Landgraf HLL, the unit can be expanded with accessories such as screw fittings for measurement technology, heat exchangers, magnetic or mechanical stirring, and tubing pumps to create complete fermentation plants. Supplied as one piece for integration into laboratory reactor and fermenter setups.
