HPLC-voorzuil NUCLEODUR®, C8 Gravity, 5 µm, 4x3 mm
Voor de bescherming van uw HPLC-hoofdkolom tegen verontreiniging wordt het gebruik van voorzuilen aanbevolen. Deze korte kolommen worden in een voorzuilhouder geplaatst. De voorzuilhouder wordt, voorzien van een voorzuil, tussen de injector en de HPLC-kolom geïnstalleerd. Deze opstelling voorkomt dat chemische verontreinigingen de hoofdkolom bereiken. Omdat verontreiniging een onomkeerbare verbinding met het kolomvulmateriaal (stationaire fase) kan vormen, kan dit leiden tot een kortere levensduur van de kolom. Als u de levensduur van uw hoofdkolom wilt verlengen, kunnen deze korte kolommen u daarbij helpen.
