Human Myostatin ELISA Kit

Human Myostatin ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the in vitro quantitative determination of human myostatin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. An antibody specific for myostatin is pre-coated on a 96-well microtiter plate. Captured myostatin is detected with a biotinylated antibody and HRP-avidin; colour develops with TMB substrate and is read at 450 nm against a standard curve. Sensitivity is 0,25 ng/ml with a working range of 0,781–50 ng/ml. The kit is supplied as 1 kit (96 tests) and contains the pre-coated plate, lyophilized standard, detection reagents, wash and sample dilution buffers, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers.
