Beschreibung
The LAUDA Microcool MC 600 recirculating cooler 230 V; 50 Hz is a laboratory circulation chiller for external temperature control. It operates over a working range of −10 … 40 °C with temperature constancy of ±0,5 K (DIN 12876) and an ambient range of 5 … 40 °C. Cooling capacity is 0,6 kW at 40 °C (water-glycol) and at 20 °C (ethanol), 0,5 kW at 10 °C, 0,37 kW at 0 °C and 0,2 kW at −10 °C (ethanol, 50 Hz). A single-line LED display shows actual or setpoint values; menu guidance and three-button operation drive a fully electronic continuous controller. The magnetically coupled block pump reaches max. 1,3 bar and 35 L/min via G 3/4'' external threads, with adjustable bypass for pressure limitation, winding-temperature monitoring, illuminated level indicator and low-level alarm. Fill volume is 4–8 L, with top filling port and rear drain. RS 232, auto-start timer, auto-shut-down, air-cooled condenser and natural refrigerant R-290 support use with non-flammable fluids (water, water/glycol). Dimensions are 350 × 480 × 595 mm, net weight 50 kg and sound level 54 dB(A). Two 3/4'' hose olives with G3/4 union nuts are included; the cooler from manufacturer Lauda suits routine lab cooling duties.

Questions about LAUDA Microcool MC 600 Circulation chiller 230 V; 50 Hz
What is this article?
LAUDA Microcool MC 600 Circulation chiller 230 V; 50 Hz is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Lauda for laboratory use. It sits in Circulators, chillers & thermostats, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Präzisionsinstrumente.
A circulator or thermostat holds a bath liquid at a set temperature and pumps it through a jacket. A chiller is the same idea aimed below ambient. The temperature range, the cooling power and the pump flow are the three numbers. The fluid has to match the range.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
