Micro peristaltic pump iPump3Q is a compact, cost-effective pump drive with timer control for complex pumping tasks and external actuation. Flow rates and times are set by keys and stored even after power-off. The unit is mounted in an L-frame for simple integration into instruments. Depending on head and tubing, flow rates from 0,2 to 513 ml/min are possible at 0,1–300 rpm in the forward direction. Timer range is 0,1 s to 99 h, shown together with a three-digit speed display. RS-485 communication and external control inputs (start/stop; speed via 0–5 V, 0–10 V, 4–20 mA or 0–10 kHz) enable flexible system use. The housing is easy to clean and offers IP 31 protection; dimensions are 140 × 96 × 96 mm.
