MultiDispo SteriPlast is a disposable zone sampler in HDPE for multi-layer sampling of free-flowing powders and small-grain granules. In one pull it gathers a representative all-layer sample that can be emptied directly through the open handle into a sample vessel. The unit is 1000 mm long with a nominal volume of 0,2 l; shaft diameter is 25 mm and tip diameter 30 mm. A 14 mm opening in the handle enables simple, controlled emptying without opening the sampling tube along its length. Cleanroom manufactured, individually packaged and gamma-ray sterilized, the SteriPlast version suits hygienic and contamination-sensitive workflows. From manufacturer Bürkle, MultiDispo SteriPlast combines multi-zone coverage with single-use sterility for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and bulk-solids quality control. Disposable use removes the need for cleaning validation between sampling points and helps prevent cross-contamination when several layers of a powder or granule bed must be represented together.
