PULVERISETTE 7 premium line planetary micro mill is a high-performance laboratory mill designed for ultra-fine grinding results down to the nano range. With main disk speeds from 100 to 1100 rpm it delivers centrifugal accelerations up to 95 times gravitational acceleration and roughly 150 % higher energy input than classic planetary mills, enabling markedly shorter process times. Maximum feed size is 5 mm depending on material, maximum sample quantity is 70 ml, and both dry and wet grinding are supported. The unit works with two grinding bowls of 20 ml, 45 ml or 80 ml capacity and is supplied as standard without bowls and balls; premium-line bowls and balls are available in seven materials to minimise unwanted abrasion. Sunken bowls with SelfLOCK technology, automatic locking checks, imbalance shut-off and RFID bowl recognition enhance safety and reproducibility.
