ROTI®Cell MEM-AA solution consists of a pre-formulated mixture of 12 essential amino acids in water perfectly suited for culturing of most eukaryotic cells. Since cells are not able to synthesize essential amino acids by themselves, those have to be supplemented externallyd. A 1:50 dilution of ROTI Cell MEM-AA solution in cell culture medium will give a final concentration for each amino acid corresponding to the amount in Eagle's Minimum Essential Medium.
