ROTI®fair TBST 7.6, for 500 ml / tablet, for biochemistry and molecular biology
Exactly pre-weighed tablets for convenient and rapid preparation of TBST solution.
Buffer solution composed of TBS with the addition of the non-ionic detergent Tween® 20. Since detergents are known to reduce non-specific protein-protein interactions, TBST is preferably used as basic solution during Western blotting, ELISA or other immunochemical assays.
Prepared solution may be sterilized by filtration (0,22 µm). For long-term storage, buffer solution should be kept at +4 °C.
As ready-to-use mixtures, ROTI®Fair products reduce the user’s exposure to health-damaging substances used for preparation or pH adjustment.
