- ROTI®Spin MINI: 1,5 ml monsterbuis voor maximaal 500 µl monster

Centrifugefilters voor ultrafiltratie van biomoleculen. De membranen van hoogwaardig chemisch bestendig polyethersulfon zijn strak afgedicht om lekkage en verlies van monsters te voorkomen. Bovendien zijn de membranen onderworpen aan een speciale behandeling die de binding van biomoleculen minimaliseert, om de terugwinningspercentages van monsters te optimaliseren. ROTI®Spin centrifugefilters kunnen worden toegepast voor een verscheidenheid aan toepassingen en kunnen worden gebruikt ter vervanging van vervelende en arbeidsintensieve methoden zoals gelfiltratie, zuivering via gel of precipitatie. De toepassing is tijdbesparend en zeer eenvoudig - er zijn slechts enkele centrifugeerstappen nodig om uw monster te concentreren en terug te winnen. Tijdens dit proces blijft het monster onaangetast in het bovenste reservoir en wordt kruisbesmetting efficiënt voorkomen, zelfs wanneer grote aantallen monsters worden verwerkt.
Ontzouten of bufferwisseling na restrictie-digestie, PCR of dergelijke; scheiding van vrije nucleotiden en gepolymeriseerd DNA; verwijdering van verontreinigende verbindingen (zoals DNA) uit voorraadoplossingen (bijv. - Zeer hoge terugwinningspercentages: met een geschikte MWCO is de opbrengst >90%.
