Eenvoudig testsysteem voor het detecteren of uitsluiten van coliforme verontreiniging op oppervlakken. Optimaal voor hygiënebewaking en voor het minimaliseren van het risico op verontreiniging door coliformen in het algemeen, in het bijzonder E. coli. Deze ROTITEST®Coliform is zeer eenvoudig toe te passen: met het geïntegreerde wattenstaafje wordt het betreffende oppervlak afgenomen en het wattenstaafje wordt stevig in het steriele voedingsmedium gedrukt. Na incubatie gedurende 18-24 uur (37 °C) duidt een duidelijke kleurverandering van het medium van paars naar geel op de aanwezigheid van coliformen, en dus op verontreiniging van het betreffende oppervlak. Elke verpakking bevat een eenvoudig te volgen gebruiksaanwijzing. Opmerking: dit testsysteem staat enkel de uitsluiting of bevestiging van een coliforme verontreiniging op zich toe. Kwantificering is niet mogelijk.
