Sludge trap container PP 500x420 mm is a polypropylene vessel engineered to retain heavy suspended solids from laboratory wastewater streams. It serves as a gravitational pre-clarification stage for building-material testing laboratories, ceramics laboratories, metallurgical laboratories and other testing facilities that generate sediment-rich effluent requiring treatment before discharge into the municipal sewer system. The design incorporates a sealed lid with clip closure, a removable two-chamber inner basket and integrated castors for convenient repositioning. Supplied from manufacturer Labor-Pilz, the unit measures 420 mm in diameter with lid, 400 mm vessel height and 500 mm overall height including rollers and lid. The inner container holds 18 L while the outer container provides 25 L total capacity. Connections are G 1 1/2''. Container colour is RAL 7032 and the lid is finished in RAL 7011, offering a robust, mobile solution for sediment management in routine laboratory wastewater handling.
