SONOPULS MS 2.5 Microtip

Sonotrodes transmit the mechanical oscillations into the
sample, are thermostable, autoclavable and resistant
against corrosive media. Sample volume, vessel diameter
and desired amplitude determine the choice of device
and sonotrode type. A high amplitude
means a particularly intensive sonication.
The sonotrode is connected to step or Booster horns.
All BANDELIN sonotrodes are made of the titanium alloy TiAl6V4 (3.7165).

Microtips are sonotrodes with an especially thin tip, which enables the sonication of small volumes with a high amplitude and thus a high ultrasonic effect.
