Ultrasonic cleaning unit, Elmasonic Easy 350 R
Ultrasonic cleaning unit for cleaning test sieves, HPLC solvent degassing and sample preparation. Four ultrasonic modes for needs-based sound field distribution and sample preparation in the ultrasonic bath.
- General cleaning sweep mode: general cleaning tasks. Ensures a more homogeneous distribution of cavitation (mechanical cleaning effect) in the bath.
- Sieve cleaning mode: increased ultrasonic intensity for the most stubborn dirt. For optimal cleaning of test sieves.
- Sample preparation mode: alternating sweep and pulse for homogeneous and powerful cleaning. For sample preparations such as mixing, dissolving, dispersing, cleaning, etc.
- Degas mode: rapid degassing of HPLC solvents.
- Electronic selector switches on membrane keyboard (that can be wiped off) and LED display of all operating states.
- Cleaning duration adjustable between one minute and 30 minutes, or continuous operation (ultrasonic continuous operation max. 6 hours).
- 3-5 l water fill level (Easy 50 R) possible for different container sizes.
- Automatic safety switch-off after eight hours of not being used or at a bath temperature ≥90 °C.
Delivery incl. stainless steel cover, hose nozzle for the outlet, power cord with cooler connection (2 m). Delivery without basket. Please order separately.
