UNIVET safety glasses 5X9 are dual-lens protective eyewear built around an integrated flip-up system for maximum flexibility in laboratory and technical environments. The two-lens structure of model 5X9 supports a broad choice of lens materials and welding filters, so the same frame can be adapted across many application areas. Flip-up module and viewing lens form a modular system that keeps changing filters straightforward. Innovative styling includes integrated side protection with a ventilation system, while the temples use SoftPad technology and can be adjusted in both length and inclination for a secure, comfortable fit. Clear polycarbonate lenses are marked 2C-1.2 U 1 FT KN and provide anti-scratch and anti-fog performance together with UV protection. The gun metallic/green frame is size 58 (L); the glasses weigh 35 g and are rated for use from −5 °C to +55 °C. These safety glasses from manufacturer B-SAFETY comply with EN 166 and EN 170.
