- The powerful and dimmable 20 W halogen transmitted light illumination and the 100 W EPI fluorescence toplight unit incl. centring lens guarantee perfect illumination and excitation of fluorescence specimens
- The professional Köhler illumination with adjustable field diaphragm and centerable and height-adjustable 1.25 Abbe condenser with adjustable aperture cover enables perfect illumination of the specimen, with no negative flare effects
- The infinity corrected optics ensure top-class image quality
- The 5-slot lens revolver is fully equipped with high-quality, infinitely corrected PLAN lenses (4x/10x/20x/40x/100x) with maximum edge definition
- The mechanical cross table ensures fast working and positioning of the specimen. It features a coaxial coarse and fine focus drive fitted on both sides for adjusting the height and focussing on the specimen
The 100 W EPI fluorescence toplight unit is equipped with a filter wheel and can be loaded with up to 6 excitation filters. This enables users to quickly and conveniently switch filters. The supplied filter wheel is equipped with blue, green, violet and ultraviolet fluorescence excitation filters.
