Roti®Prep Genomic DNA MINI has been developed for the isolation of genomic DNA from various sources.The isolation is carried out through the proven and reliable spin column technique, which is very easy to handle and needs only few steps.

In addition to the especially on proteinase K adapted lysis buffer, the filtration spin column has been optimised, permitting particularly high extraction rates. Extraction from up to 40 mg tissue, therefore, allows a yield of up to μg µg DNA. The thereby extracted DNA is free of RNA and proteins, and can directly be stored or used for downstream applications.
