Flexsafe® RM 10 L optical SC single-use bioreactor bags support cell cultivation with low shear stress through rocking motion mixing technology. Optical bags include integrated single-use opto-chemical pH and dissolved oxygen (DO) sensors that are pre-calibrated, enabling high-end cultivation and full process automation when used with the Biostat® RM control tower. The SC variant provides a screw cap (38 mm diameter) for insertion or removal of larger objects, such as microcarriers, inside a laminar flow cabinet. Flexsafe® RM bags (sizes from 2 L to 200 L) fit Biostat® RM bioreactors from manufacturer Sartorius and are well suited to gentle mixing applications. This 10 L optical SC configuration is supplied as a pack of 5 pieces for bioprocess and cell culture laboratories that need sensor-ready single-use bags with convenient access via the screw cap.
