CHROMABOND QuEChERS Mix XVII (0,25 g), 2 mL is a diamino/carbon clean-up mix prepared according to AOAC guidance for QuEChERS sample clean-up. Each unit contains 150 mg MgSO4, 50 mg CHROMABOND Diamino and 50 mg CHROMABOND Carbon, individually weighed into 2 mL centrifuge tubes with snap caps. The combined diamino and carbon sorbent profile supports removal of organic acids, polar pigments, sugars and planar pigments during dispersive solid-phase extraction of food and related matrices. With a total fill of 0,25 g per tube, the small-volume format suits micro-scale QuEChERS workflows and limited sample extracts. Supplied in packs of 50 pieces from manufacturer Macherey-Nagel, the pre-portioned tubes reduce weighing steps and help keep clean-up conditions consistent across sample batches.
