Application: pasteurisation monitoring, food safety, determining PE values, determining F0 values.
- An M5 thread is provided for fastening the sensor to the product
- The logger is powered by replaceable lithium batteries (temperature-resistant)
- The interface is used to connect it to a PC (USB interface)
- The Windows-compatible software is required to program the logger and to read out and print the data
