Description
PH850-MT portable pH meter is a compact handheld instrument for determining pH, ORP (with separately available electrode) and temperature, designed especially for rapid, precise and reproducible measurements in meat, fish and semi-frozen foods. The included LabSen® 763 pH electrode features a food-grade titanium blade tip that penetrates samples without damaging the glass membrane, while a solid polymer electrolyte and open-junction diaphragm resist clogging by food matrices. An integrated temperature sensor enables automatic temperature compensation (ATC). Protected by a silicone sleeve and rated IP57 for water and dust resistance, the meter suits field use in demanding environments and includes a fold-out stand for comfortable indoor operation. Fast 1- to 3-point automatic calibration, a large backlit LCD displaying pH and temperature together with calibration data, and self-diagnosis support reliable routine work. Measuring ranges cover 0,00 to 14,00 pH (±0,01 ±1 digit), ±1000 mV and 0 to 100 °C. Powered by three AA batteries, the unit measures 88×170×33 mm and weighs 0,313 kg (1,3 kg with carrying case). Supplied complete with LabSen® 763 electrode, pH 4,00 / 7,00 / 10,01 buffers (50 ml each), screwdriver, manual and case from manufacturer APERA Instruments.
