Description
The PH850-DP from Apera Instruments is a handy and easy-to-use meter for the determination of pH, ORP (electrode sold separately e.g. 301Pt-C) and temperature. It is particularly suitable for measuring dairy products (milk, yogurt, buttermilk, etc.) and other liquid foods such as jam, barbecue sauce, syrup, etc.
The pH electrode included in the scope of delivery LabSen® 823 has been specially designed to perform fast, accurate and reproducible measurements without the diaphragm being blocked by proteins or sulfides. The electrode has an integrated temperature sensor, which enables automatic temperature compensation (ATC). The PH850-DP is protected by a silicone cover and is waterproof and dustproof (IP57), making it particularly well suited for field use, even in harsh environments.
