Description
Phenol 00856 phenol reagent test allows photometric determination of phenol in the measuring range 0,002–0,100 mg/l C6H5OH. Sample volumes of 200 ml or 10 ml can be used, supporting 50 or 250 tests respectively, with cuvettes of 10, 20 and 50 mm path length. The 4-aminoantipyrine method aligns with recognised procedures and the kit corresponds to ISO 6439, US 5530 and EPA 420.1. Compatible with PhotoLab® systems, it fits established laboratory photometry routines for water and wastewater analysis. Available from manufacturer WTW - a Xylem brand, the pack includes a batch certificate for traceability. The dual sample-volume options give flexibility for different concentration levels and matrix types while remaining within the stated measuring window. Laboratories monitoring phenolic compounds in environmental, industrial or process waters benefit from the standardised reagents and clear method correspondence. The test supports both low-level detection and higher-throughput series without changing the core photometric workflow.
