Description
PO4 14848/2 phosphate reagent test supports photometric determination of phosphate phosphorus over a measuring range of 0,010 to 5,00 mg/l PO4-P. Each kit is configured for a 5 ml sample volume and provides material for 220 tests, with cuvette path lengths of 10 mm, 20 mm and 50 mm. Analysis follows the phosphorus-molybdenum blue method and corresponds to ISO 6978 and US 4500 P/B,5. Combicheck CC10 can be used for analytical quality control, and a batch certificate is included. For total-phosphorus determinations, Crack-Set 10 (250 496) with empty round cuvettes (250 621), or Crack-Set 10-C (252 033), is additionally required. The reagent test is intended for use with PhotoLab® photometers in water, wastewater and environmental laboratories.
