AHN myPlate 08 U-Bottom Tip Comb is a polypropylene tip comb designed for deep-well plate workflows in sample preparation, multi-channel pipetting and reagent handling. It provides eight sample positions with a round U-bottom geometry and is supplied in natural-coloured polypropylene (PP). Production takes place in a class 100K cleanroom; the combs are certified free from anthropogenic and non-anthropogenic DNA, DNases, RNases and endotoxins. Fully autoclaveable and thermostable up to 121 °C, they support straightforward sterilisation and decontamination after use and remain suitable for high-temperature protocols. Excellent low-temperature stability permits safe storage of samples and reagents down to –80 °C. An embossed alphanumeric code simplifies sample identification, while ANSI/SLAS-compliant dimensions ensure compatibility with standardised robotic liquid-handling platforms. The design from manufacturer AHN Biotechnologie incorporates a slightly raised rim around each opening to reduce cross-contamination and allows easy stacking to minimise bench and cold-storage footprint. Packaged as a carton of 100 × 2 pieces (200 pieces total) for routine laboratory use.
