An improved cone geometry supports a reliable seal on compatible pipettes and facilitates light tip ejection, while graduation marks on the tip allow quick visual volume checks during aspiration and dispensing. The conical outlet opening helps reduce droplet formation at the tip end, supporting precise transfer with minimal sample loss. Tips are moulded from pure, non-wettable polypropylene that is autoclaveable up to 121 °C and feature a low-binding surface. Sterility is achieved by beta irradiation. Colour-coded racks simplify identification of tip size and matching pipette, and the sterile rack format protects product integrity until use.
