SONOREX TECHNIK TO 210 trough dryer provides fast drying of cleaned and rinsed workpieces in laboratory and production cleaning workflows. Heating elements warm the air, which is guided through optimally arranged air ducts onto the drying load, supporting rapid and intensive drying even on materials that retain a lot of water. The open-top circulating-air design continuously exchanges a small fraction of the air volume, preserving the ability of the recirculated air to absorb moisture. Front-side controllers set the required drying temperature and operating time. A built-in temperature cut-off deactivates the heating elements if the interior temperature rises above 120 °C. The exterior is heat-insulated with aluminium-coated fleece; the unit must stand in a well-ventilated room. Interior dimensions (L × W × D) are 750 × 650 × 500 mm, heating power is 12000 W, net weight 186 kg and gross weight 224 kg.
