Description

BOLA stirrer shaft adapter P-MRK is a compact laboratory interface for connecting stirrer shafts to BOLA magnetic stirrer couplings across several joint and flange formats. It is suitable for BOLA magnetic stirrer couplings P-MRK with ground joint NS 29/32 for shaft diameter 8 mm, for couplings with ground joint NS 29/32 or NS 45/40 for shaft diameter 10 mm, and for flat-flange couplings DN 40 or DN 50 for shaft diameter 10 mm. The adapter is made of Hastelloy®, giving a durable metal construction for routine stirring work in chemical and process laboratories. Supplied as one piece from manufacturer Bohlender, it provides a dedicated shaft uptake for modular BOLA P-MRK stirring assemblies. With a net weight of 0,01 kg, the component remains light while matching the listed NS 29, NS 45, DN 40 and DN 50 coupling geometries. Use it wherever a reliable shaft adapter is required between the stirrer shaft and the corresponding BOLA magnetic stirrer coupling in glassware or reactor setups.

This article is part of Distillation heads, adapters & columns, in Distillation & extraction glassware.

Questions about BOLA Receiver P-MRK, NS29 NS45 DN40 DN50 for BOLA Magnetic Stirrer Head P-MRK C

What is this article?

BOLA Receiver P-MRK, NS29 NS45 DN40 DN50 for BOLA Magnetic Stirrer Head P-MRK C is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bohlender for laboratory use. It sits in Stirring & mixing accessories, inside Stirring, shaking & mixing, in Lab instruments.

Stirring accessories are the bosses, the retort clamps and the spare knobs that hold an overhead stirrer over the vessel. The stand has to carry the motor's mass, not only the flask's.

Stirring keeps a mixture uniform or helps a solid dissolve. A magnetic stirrer spins a bar inside a closed vessel. An overhead stirrer drives a shaft when the liquid is viscous or the volume is large. A vortex mixer agitates a tube. A shaker moves a whole rack or a plate. The shape of the impeller and the speed decide whether the liquid turns over or merely spins. The vessels being stirred are indexed under ISO laboratory glassware.
