Description
Dispenser 20K+, 10,0–100,0 ml is a bottle-top liquid dispenser built for reliable volumetric dosing in the laboratory. Wetted and structural parts use PTFE, borosilicate 3.3, polypropylene and FEP to give excellent chemical resistance across a wide reagent range. High reproducibility supports consistent serial dispensing, and each instrument is individually adjusted in accordance with EN-ISO 8655. The unit mounts directly on GL45 threads; adapters for the most common laboratory bottle thread types are included for other vessels. Cleaning and routine care are straightforward, and the instrument is autoclavable. Operating conditions cover temperatures from 15 to 40 °C for both device and liquid, vapour pressure up to 500 mbar, density up to 2,2 g/cm³ and viscosity up to 500 mm²/s. The bottle is not included. Offered as a single piece from manufacturer Labbox with a two-year warranty, this 20K+ model suits routine reagent handling where chemical compatibility, mounting flexibility and ISO-aligned adjustment are essential.

Questions about Bottle top dispenser, 20K+, 10,0 - 100,0 ml
What is this article?
Bottle top dispenser, 20K+, 10,0 - 100,0 ml is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Labbox for laboratory use. It sits in Bottle-top dispensers, inside Liquid handling, in Lab instruments.
A bottle-top dispenser meters a reagent directly from the bottle it is mounted on, by a piston. The volume range and the chemical compatibility of the wetted parts, glass, ceramic, PTFE, are the specification. It is for the same reagent again and again, not for changing liquids every sample.
A piston pipette delivers a set volume of liquid by air displacement or, for viscous and volatile liquids, by positive displacement. A single channel is the ordinary tool. A multichannel repeats the same volume across a row of a plate. A bottle-top dispenser meters reagent from the bottle it sits on. The accuracy is a property of the pipette and of how it is used, which is why calibration and a certificate exist. Piston-operated apparatus is treated under ISO laboratory apparatus. The volume unit sits with the BIPM and NIST.
